Finish Strong

“Don’t count the days. Make the days count.”
-Muhammad Ali

We’re officially in the last quarter of the year.
AKA the last 90 days of 2019 before we head into a brand new decade.

In sports, the fourth quarter is often the most important time and when the magic happens. It can be the difference between a win or a loss, and effect the team/players momentum and morale going into the next game.

Are you where you envisioned you’d be at this point in the year?

Regardless if you are or not, take a deep breath, accept where you are, and give yourself a pat on the back (or forgive yourself)…because you still have time to make considerable strides and finish the year strong.

All it takes is the proper game plan, mindset, and action.

To end your year on a WIN, do the following:

•Write down your top priorities
, and rank them.

•Identify everything that is a distraction. Don’t let anything get in your way.

•Block out time on your calendar for action. Do the things that can have the greatest impact first.

•Believe in yourself and have FUN!

•Have someone hold you accountable. If you do, you’ll have a 77% greater chance of accomplishing your goal (according to Dr. Gail Matthews).

If you’re the kind of person that’s subscribed to the Sunday Sauce, I believe in you and would love to support and cheer you on (see more below).

Wishing you a incredible week and a triumphant fourth quarter!

Much love,

Mark
