Physically put your hand on your heart every time you judge yourself and console yourself as you’d do with a friend.
This is the exercise of the week from Emily Greener, CEO & Founder of I AM THAT GIRL, and this week’s guest on The One & Only Podcast. It’s an opportunity to both monitor how often and to what extent you are judging yourself, and a chance to offer yourself forgiveness and re-work your inner dialogue (if necessary and/or desired).
